Christine Gilmore is a personal and executive coach. Christine’s philosophy is that coaching presents a powerful relationship which enables individuals to achieve their highest personal and professional potential. As a professional coach trained and certified by the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and accredited by the International Coach Federation, she works with highly-motivated individuals as they focus on their complex life agendas and aim for their very best life-work balance. She is also a graduate (2006) of advanced training in Organization and Relationship Systems via CTI/Center for Right Relationship. This provides a powerful framework for building more effective business relationships between employees, managers, and organizations.
Christine's Chicago-based coaching business provides both individual and group coaching, which includes facilitating interactive workshops. Christine has facilitated leadership work-shops for a variety of healthcare organizations, including the American Medical Association Alliance (Leadership Development Conference), the Medical Society Alliances at State level in Indiana, Michigan, Florida and Illinois, and the American College of Physician Executives. In 2007 she co-facilitated a workshop in support of the ‘Developing People’ module of the Collaborative Leadership model for the Wisconsin Public Health Leadership Institute.
Christine also has a special interest in combining coaching with inter-cultural training. Prior to moving to the US, she held the position of Community Relations Advisor with the British government (Ministry of Defence) and provided coaching and inter-cultural consulting ser-vices to the US Department of Defense, and contractors such as McDonnell Douglas, TRW and Lockheed Martin. Currently she contracts with major relocation training firms – IOR Global Services, Berlitz, and Prudential – to provide training for executives in preparation for work with different cultures. She has trained and coached senior executives from many ma-jor multi-national companies.
She is a respected member of the International Coach Federation and the Chicago Coach Federation, and is co-leader of an international network of healthcare coaches. She jointly leads the Chicagoland community of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaches. Chris-tine holds a BA (Honours) from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, England, UK.
